Shipping and sending to the lab

Shipment of Your Package:

Packages are generally dispatched within maximum 2 working days after receipt of payment and are shipped with tracking and drop-off without and with signature. For Europe, Packages can also be dispatched via D.P.D for delivery within 4 working days to 6 working days depending on the country.

Whichever shipment choice you make, we will send you a link to track your package online.

Shipping costs include, packaging, and postage. Preparation costs are fixed, whereas transport costs vary according to the total weight of the parcel and the country of delivery. All the details and the cost are visible when you buy it online.

We recommend that you combine all your items in a single order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.

Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. The box size of a single Kit is suitable for deposit in a letter box. (3cm of thickness)

Sending to the lab :

In the KIT, you will find all the necessary and regulatory elements so that you can send the sample yourself to the laboratory that will analyze it.

  • You manage alone the shipping to the lab
    You find a transport company that accepts to carry the "Biological Substance category B" with UN3373 process in France, where the lab is located. We strongly recommend that you use the "parcel tracking" method and it's mandatory to apply "Biological Substance category B" with UN3373 method too. In this case, the return shipment to the laboratory is at your own expense and under your full responsibility.

  • UPS COMES AT YOUR ADDRESS TO PICK IT UP
    With this option you have 2 shipments included, one to deliver to your address and the second to deliverer your "Biological Substance category B" with UN3373 samples to the lab . When placing the order choose the prepaid option, where the shipping to the lab will be prepaid. This transport company will come at your address to pick up your sample.

We choose UPS for this service because they have a special service for "Biological Substance category B" with UN3373.
You take no risk and it is safer and more practical.
